An innovative new survey format#
SocialSurvey™ presents questions in a visually attractive format, optionally accompanied with an image or video. The survey questions can be taken in any order, skipped, shared and embedded. Votes are private, and the aggregate results are shown immediately. It is unlike boring fuddy-duddy surveys that put survey takers to sleep.
Each poll or survey question is selectable between single choice with radio buttons, linear Likert scale, multiple choices with checkboxes or open ended for soliciting feedback.
Each question allows comments and conversations around it, has a unique URL and can be shared individually if required.

Premium features for NextElection Pro accounts#
The NextElection Pro account opens up the standard survey tools for customization and whitelabeling. We run large scale surveys for our partners. Talk to us if you'd like to launch a survey that does not fit our publicly available SocialSurvey tool.
1. Surveys are public by default - i.e. the survey can be taken by anyone and the results are immediately available to everyone. The NextElection Pro account allows unlimited private surveys.
2. Normally online surveys are self-administered, i.e. they are directly taken by an individual using the survey share link. The NextElection Pro account allows an on-behalf survey to be administered by an organization's staff or volunteers. The person administering the survey can choose to register the survey taker with capture of personal or demographic details including location and photo as part of the automated flow, or can leave the survey taker anonymous for privacy reasons. The system gamifies performance of the survey administrators by displaying nightly leader boards of number of surveys administered.

Creating a SocialSurvey#
Using the Survey Maker is quite straight forward. Launch the survey maker from the relevant channel. Enter a minimum of 4 questions, though you can add as many as you like. After at least 4 questions are saved, the NEXT STEP button is enabled. Click the NEXT STEP button to create the survey introduction panel which is used to introduce the survey. Finally launch the survey!
The individual survey questions and the introduction panel can be edited after the survey is launched.
However, at this time, questions cannot be added / deleted or reordered after the survey is launched.

3. Add 2 to 6 poll choices - each up 200 characters
4. Save the first poll question
5. Continue till at least question 4
