    The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare wants your inputs on a draft bill to prevent violence against doctors

    Following incidents of attacks on doctors in the recent months, there had been a growing demand for a special and stringent law penalizing attacks on healthcare personnel by the Central Government. The government obliged and has put in public domain a draft Healthcare Service Personnel and Clinical Establishments (Prohibition of Violence and Damage to Property) Bill, 2019, which is open for comments till end of September.
